Terms and conditions for Swim Meet Participant Pass

All sales are final/non-refundable for any reason.

Participation in a Swim Meet may be canceled through your online account up to 24 hours before the Meet. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may be rescheduled to an upcoming Swim Meet for a $10 fee. No call/no shows will not receive a refund or credit. No exceptions.

Thank you for understanding that saying "COVID" does not change our policy. Each pass is reserved for your swimmer to participate. We are unable to fill that lesson time when canceled within 24 hours.

Little Fins does not allow visibly ill/sick people to be in our facilities. If you or your child is ill/sick please reschedule. If we are unable to hold the class/lesson due to any fault on our behalf, a County/State/Federal Mandate, or due to severe weather, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative option of rescheduling the class/lesson to a later date/time, within a reasonable amount of time.

Waiver of Release and Liability: By signing, I, the parent/guardian of the swimmer, understand the risks associated with swimming at Little Fins Swim School/Mermaid Cove.I understand that my child must be "water safe" and able to swim the length of the pool in order to participate in Little Fins Swim Meets. I, the parent/guardian of the listed participant(s), agree and understand that swimming is a hazardous activity. I recognize that there are risks inherent in swimming. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Fins Swim School, owners, operators, and staff from any liability or form of damages that may occur to the participant(s). I hereby agree to indemnify Little Fins Swim School, owners, operators and staff from any damages incurred arising from claims, demand, action or cause of action by participant(s).
